Good afternoon parents,

I hope you are enjoying this terrific weekend.  We have a very busy week and month ahead of us.

The SnapRaise kick-off was delayed from last Friday to this Tuesday.  You can help by sharing the QR code in your social media circles.  Thank you for all your help – this effort makes a HUGE impact, funding the majority of events and activities through the 2024-2025 academic year.

Seniors were notified about the J-100 4 Yr AFJROTC scholarship.  The first deadline to apply is 18 October.  (This is a commissioning scholarship and a military service commitment applies if scholarship is utilized). 

Students who will be 17 on or before 15 July 2025 (including graduating seniors) are eligible to apply for a Private Pilot Scholarship.  Application deadline is 14 Nov 2025. (no military service commitment with this scholarship).

I’m happy to share the info for either or both scholarships with parents – if interested, please let me know.

Saturday October 5th

Timberland Air Rifle Meet – Showtime 0615 (We start in the first round at 0800, parents are welcome to come watch.  We should be back to school around 1pm.  Students will call 1 hour prior to arriving at school

Cyber Training Round One- Showtime 0745

Sunday October 6th

Kiawah Triathlon Community Service – Showtime 0600.  We should be back to school around 2pm.  Students will call 1 hour prior to arriving at school
