Unit Weekly News 11-17 March

Greetings Parents,

Thank you to all for your support to last night’s Military Ball.  Our cadets were well behaved, the catering was excellent and DJ Trip’s music was spot on -- everyone had a great time!  Thank you for helping everyone with preparations and transportation to make the night wonderful.  Thank you to our Military Ball Planning committee, the support of our Boosters, and to MSgt Powell for their efforts putting together this event.

The national Kitty Hawk Honor Society Induction was moved from last week to this week due to a scheduling conflict for the auditorium (double-booking).  We are a go for this Thursday at 6pm, parents and family are welcome to attend.  The ceremony typically last around 30 minutes.

Wednesday, March 13th is uniform day for all cadets (regardless of which day they have JROTC) because we are practicing for our mass inspection formation and accountability in preparation for our Headquarters inspection on Monday, April 8th.  All cadets will be absent the 1st 30 minutes of 1st period.  This is a complex movement for us to pull off and requires all cadets to participate.

CLC conditioning will begin shortly, cadets need to watch Teams>Information Corner for dates/times.
