Greetings Parents and Guardians,

THANK YOU to all of our Veteran parents and family members!!  Thank you for your service and sacrifices to support and defend our nation!  A special thank you also to your families for their support as they too share in those deep sacrifices.  We value you and are thankful for you all.

Congratulations to our cadet Color Guards for their contributions to veterans celebration events around our area.  Our cadets were center stage performing drill demonstrations for several hundred spectators at Gregg Middle School’s annual veterans day celebration.  Hopefully you all caught today’s WCBD News Channel 2 coverage of our cadets Posting the Colors for the Dorchester County’s Veterans Breakfast.  Our color guards supported an additional event at East Edisto Middle School and have two ceremonies tomorrow for Sires Elementary’s and Oakbrook Middle School’s veterans day events.

With only 2 more weeks until Thanksgiving break, then 3 weeks to finish out the semester, our focus is on cadet academics and preparing for our Pass-In-Review ceremony in honor of Pearl Harbor Day.  Parents and families are welcome to join us during 4th period (2:40pm) on Thursday, December 5th in the ARHS football stadium to watch and support our Pearl Harbor memorial event, please save the date.
