Unit Weekly News for 16-22 Mar 2026

Greetings Parents & Guardians,

This week begins the 4^th and final quarter of AY2025-2026.  Our focus is transitioning toward conditioning for the summer South Carolina Cadet Leadership Course (1-6 June 2026 at The Citadel).  CLC Cadets should be attending two (2) morning or afternoon conditioning sessions plus one (1) in-flight fitness training each week.   We will host a cadet information and registration meeting after Spring Break.  A parent information meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 28^th.  The Cadet Brandon Jarvis Mixer Legacy CLC Basic Scholarships and the CLC Cadre scholarship applications will close on 27 March at 4pm (application details posted in Information Corner). 

Our daily cadet information stream, “Information Corner”, has transitioned from TEAMS to Schoology.  Cadets again have access to upcoming events and weekly information.

Please save the date:  our Annual Change of Command and Awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, 30 April at 6pm in the ARHS Auditorium.

Thank you to our cadets who supported the Shamrock Shuffle at our local YMCA.  Motivation was high and the weather was perfect for the race.  Race organizers were highly appreciative of our support as our cadets manned turn points and cheer stations to motivate runners throughout the course.

Please join us for the ARHS AFJROTC Booster meeting on Tuesday at 6pm in JROTC room F120.  Nominations are being accepted for officer positions for the 2026-2027 academic year.  Elections will be held at the April meeting.
