Unit Weekly News for 4-10 Sep

Good evening,

We hope everyone stayed safe for Hurricane Idalia and that you all are able to enjoy this Labor Day weekend.

We are seeking cadets to volunteer for our home football game parking & concession details – we provide parking supervision for ARHS after school until kick-off and we also support the band concessions from 5:30pm until 3d quarter of the football game. If cadets are interested, sign ups are located on the whiteboard in MSgt Blake’s classroom. Additional opportunities are available with each Ashley Ridge home football game.

Uniform inspections start this week with the Alternate Duty Uniform (black polo shirt and khaki pants/shorts), per the schedule below.

Unit Physical Fitness also starts this week, per the schedule below. Please ensure registration paperwork and sports physicals are turned in. Per DD2 school policy, students cannot participate in formal physical fitness training (in JROTC) without an approved sports physical dated on or after 1 April 2023.
